  Had an issue with USPS mishandling this item. Seller refunded cost due to assuming it was lost, but it finally showed up weeks later. Ebay doesn't seem to have a mechanism to deal with re-paying, seller just gave it to me for no cost. Can't ask for a better seller - highly recommended!
