It's description says perfect and I even asked if it had any scratches and this person replied no it's perfect. But upon opening it it clearly has scratches across the top. Unfortunately it's also described as being refurbished and functional I found the reset button doesn't work. But don't get me wrong I'm overall grateful the item made it to my door and it actually turns on.

Does not vibrate
I spent hours trying to find a shiatsu massager that was in a price range and the size I wanted that would also vibrate bcause I have a lot of pain that responds well to vibration and it was advertised as "vibration" but it doesn't vibrate. If it does it's so slight I can't feel it at all. I almost returned it I was so disappointed. Aside from that, it is a very nice little massager that gets in the acupressure spots

Chemical smell
I got it 2 weeks ago and the chemical smell inside is so bad I can't even use it!
