  Item arrived well packaged, but there was an issue with the locomotive's performance. A quick note to the seller got a quick response back, and after seller returned from trip a replacement working locomotive was sent. Once the replacement arrived and was tested, sent the original locomotive back to seller. During the process felt that the seller was engaged and determined to make the transaction work. Would gladly do business with the seller again.
