Yum
Very good for healthy shakes and you do not have to cut it up and have pleasant chunks.

Really like it
I really like this stuff. It does not smell. I warm it slightly in the microwave because it is very thick but it has helped the inflammation of hemorrhoids. Great to keep yeast infections at bay too.
