Not new.!?!

the product was not new. it had signs that it was used because I found hair and stains of dirt and some scratches..!! but I cleaned it what I can do because I want it for a gift and I want to give it clean.! and I was think to return it back but i need the item so bad for the gift. and I can’t buy another right now.! And in the specifications need to put (.used.) NO new.) thank you.!
