Easy As 1-2-3
It is one of very few "treats" I can have. They are low in sodium and sugar/carbs. They are small but have an explosive flavor and satisfies completely. I only need 1, three is the serving size so eat 2. Easy as 1-2-3. Also, I cannot eat dark chocolate because of the Vitamin k. White chocolate is a God Sent to those on blood thinners.
The only negative is the amount mucus generated. Another reason to limit my intake to 2.
