One of L'Arc`En`Ciel's best cd's. For any jrock fan!
L'Arc`En`Ciel is an excellent Cd! Including the two songs that are the opening and end theme of FullMetal Alchemist's Movie Conqueror of Shambala!There are 13 tracks which is definitely worth it's cost. Two of the Best songs are "New World" and " "Lost Heaven", which have a great J Rock sound and will hook you even if you have never heard them before. One of the nicest songs I've ever heard is "My Dear", soft and gentle and you can truly hear Hyde's vocal ability with the opening of the song. This band is ingenious, and I can gaurantee will make you want more L'Arc`en`ciel. If you want a slow song or J Rock song all the sounds are here on Awake. They have been around for 10 years 1995-2005. So fans of L'Arc`En`ciel will love the Album and as I siad if you have never heard them you will love it! Overall this cd is a perfect 10! So go ahead and purchase Awake!

Hyde and Gackt perform great in Moon Child!
6 of 6 found this helpful I originally bought Moon Child because Hyde from L'Arc~en~ciel and Gackt (formerly Malice Mizer) were in it. I read mixed reviews from Amazon and became intrigued. The premise of the movie being a bit in the future and running a drugged pizza restaurant was not that appealing, but I risked buying the movie anyway. It turned out to have some exceptional acting, drama, humor, and a good connection between the characters. The action sequences involve lots of guns, high jumping vampires, and some humorous lines. Overall the action was not the best original action scenes, but can be appreciated. The romance between the characters was done very well. Hyde plays our Angsty vampire, and Gackt plays a protege to him. I really enjoyed the film and was surprised myself. I think he painting in the movie was the philosophical part of it( if you watch you will understand). Overall it has everything good bunched up into one! I plan on watching it again, hope you enjoy Moon Child!
