Silhouette Cameo 4 Plus a real "Plus!"

Not sure it works.
I'm not sure if it fixed my wifi problem. I put it into my laptop and it didn't fix the problem. The computer is not even recognizing the wifi card, so I don't know if the wifi card is defective or if it is some other problem. It is hard to rate it, since I don't know if there is a problem with the wifi card I ordered or if it is another problem with my laptop. It was a used/reconditioned wifi card, so maybe it is defective?
