Practical Garlic Supp.

Gr8 garlic supplements in easy and convenient to take capsule form. I personally prefer fresh chopped garlic, 3-4 cloves, in blueberry yogurt to damper some of the intensity. But I really like garlic, so strong taste doesn't bother me. But I was looking for a more practical means of getting my garlic fix on, esp since I travel for business on weekdays.

Main ingredient proposed for this condition

I've researched this stuff a bit, so this is the main ingredient in almost any good prostate supplements. I compliment it with Zinc 2× day, and other "Prostate Support" has Saw Palmetto and those other roots. I also got the Reishe mushroom powder from eBay India supplier sprinkle on food, mix with yogurt etc. There are some other herbs Chinese/African I was looking into also but haven't tried yet. But with above combo I notice improvement in urge to go, or getting up while resting.

Helps with urges and flow.

I'm thinking this product along with beta sitosterol capsules has improved my urges/flow. Ingredients are alot of those roots they recommend for this malady.
