nice and warm

I used these ceramic heaters in two applications. One was in the house in the bathroom, high up on the wall. Had no choice due to mounting restrictions in the house. But works really well to keep the bathroom nice and warm. Second application is in our chicken house. We have a large barn we house our 60 chickens in. We used to use a hot lamp, but due to serious risk of fires we discontinued their use. I wanted something to put a little warmth to the girls sitting on roosts. I saw in a poultry catalog a similiar ceramic heater, that costs more. So figured I would try these in the chicken coop. They work nicely. They put off plenty of heat to make the freezing temps warm in our coop. There is no far or way of forcing the heat. It simply heats up on only the front, and heat rises. I really like them so far. Only been using them a couple of weeks. But not afraid of setting fire to the old house or the chicken coop.
