Never received the product
1 of 3 found this helpful Need to knock a few points off, since I never received what I ordered b/c they had inventory issues. They did keep communication open and honest but ultimately did not fulfill my order and issued a reimbursement.
If I was the only person affected I could knock 1 star off, but based on their emails it was a widespread issue affecting many who ordered the same book. Thats simply not acceptable for a 3+ star rating at this time and makes me wonder if they actually had the product but realized it was worth more than they sold it for and was willing to get a bad review for this. I simple do not know.
1 point for refund.

Very Good 9/10. Missing a few small things for "great"
1 of 1 found this helpful Great coffee and brews very quick and quietly. Nit-pick items are .. why not indent the spout just a hair so the pour is pure? (it works well but they missed an opportunity for refinement). Also, it seems like there would be a better way for the pieces to work together.. it works, and works and i understand there is a reason for "cleaning" purposes but i feel like improvement can be made.
