Works great!
this is actually the second unit that I've owned. I had the initial series model for 5 years and it finally died leading to the purchase of this one. I suspect the only difference is the addition of the filter cartridge and I can't yet opine as to what Improvement that might offer other than what has been advertised.
Having hooked the new unit up, it works well and we routinely wash all types of clothes without any detergent at all and we have been very happy over the years, with how much longer clothes seem to last and that they are fluffier. The ozone that is produced should not concern you as the guess is dissolved into the water and I have never found the residual smell to be in any way harmful nor have I read any literature that suggests that it is.
I can absolutely recommend this product without reservation.

Never buy new!
Then it looked brand-new out-of-the-box. Everything was carefully packed. Excellent instructions. Performs tremendously. Very pleased with this purchase. Highly recommend that you buy factory refurbished from Dyson every time. technically, the unit is checked once before it leaves the factory and then a second time when it is returned for whatever reason and so the chances of an optimally performing unit are improved. Not to mention, the significant difference in price.

7 of 7 found this helpful I just upgraded from the Optoma 141x- The difference in image quality is night and day. In fact, the picture quality rivals my 65in Sony 4k set which is a year old.Set up was very easy and I love the motorized features. If you go up on Youtube and get into some of the 4k HDR clips, your jaw will drop. I'm projecting on a Daylite 110 in screen. Make sure you have plenty of room for the unit. At 20.5 x 17.5 x 7, it is anything but dainty!
