Nice design to protect the hood paint.
The product is a solid piece of molded rubber with a slot to attach on the spring. Be sure that you have a spring with a piece of the spring that crosses the middle of the spring so that it centers on the spring.

Critical for any restoration project
1 of 1 found this helpful As with many service manuals, the applicable model diagram maybe be off but I would not make this a reason for now buying one. I restored a 1973 Barracuda and 98% of the information contributed to a successful rebuild.
