    I received a cute quilt. But as soon as I opened the box it stank of cigarettes. You can’t use that on a newborn. Apparently she already had the same problem with another buyer and her remedy is wash it. She also said it is my responsibility to ask if it’s a smoker house. That’s foul. I’ve spent nearly $50 for what is a new quilt that can’t be used on a baby. I gave her every opportunity to make it right. What a BIG STINKY Purchase. Don’t buy from this seller.

    I'm sorry but you could not have smelled smoke when you opened the box unless the box smelled like smoke. All my quilts are shipped in a blue plastic bag that is typed shut. I ship them that way in case the box gets wet the quilt will not be damaged.

    I wish that it was stated that it would smell like cigarettes! And if as stated was pre washed , it didn’t help. I liked the blanket , I can not gift it since it reeks .

    Thank you for letting me know. I now have 2 smokers in my house. I am going to start washing them 2 times & I bought Downy's rinse & refresh X3. Hope that will help.
