good for the joints!
Not sure any scientific proof that cod liver oil is good for the joints, but my husband and I have been taking it for two years now, and are both of retirement age - we don't think we have got any worse! We both have arthritis, and do think that we move around a little easier! I would recommend it.

Pretty awful
Although not exactly expensive, this item is disappointing - so lightweight I could easily lift it (complete with drawers in situ) and it appears to be made of balsa wood. The drawers stick and do not open without wrenching, and feel as if they will easily fall apart. If anything remotely damp is placed on the top, it marks as if made of pressed paper. It looks far more impressive than it actually is, and I don't think it will last very long. I would not recommend this item.

Not enough of an expensive product to really be able to see a difference?
I am honestly not sure if I can recommend the product - it is expensive for a small amount. I have tried it twice now, and wish there was more of it to give it what I would say would be a good try! It is nice quality as far as I can tell, but....does it make a difference? I cannot see any great difference, and made sure that I targeted the deepest lines, and am at the end of the second tube, but maybe I am past help! I am of an age where I have tried lots of products, and I would say there are cheaper and just as effective serums out there....just a matter of finding what suits you personally.
