Its Intel i7-2600 based ...

I purchased this HP 8200 CM based on the Intel i7-2600 processor running at 3.4Ghz to replace my AMD Athlon dual core based PC. Delivery was quick and well packed. Its not a brand new PC - just a few minor scratches on the cabinet. This is over 5 times faster than my Athlon and I am enjoying the enhanced performance. I dumped that WIndows 10 fiasco Operating System and installed Linux Mint 18.1 with Mate desktop. Its a sweet and nice replacement. BTW, be sure and disable the EFI setting in the BIOS to load Linux. Also enable VX and VXD in the bios if you are going to run Virtual PC.
