Great for tight spaces
Very good product. It’s great for taller people like myself (6’2”). Very portable and does not take up too much space. The quality is really good as well, excellent for workouts at home for either boxing or kickboxing. Only giving 4 stars because it’s much louder than the traditional heavy bag on a stand and it moves around a lot when you hit it. You will need to place it on a soft mat of some sort to help reduce noise and keep it in place
