not as advertised
the item shipped was not the item shown the product was supposed to be in their retail box, these were in the foil wrap only. the color cartridge was from china and the black was from malaysia. this shipper did not leave a good impression i would not recommend them to anyone. i now have a big question regarding its quality.

set up
to many options in the window before it goes to print. set up needed hp advisor to come into my computer to do the set up. it took him 40 minutes. you need to work on this.
