Too Good To Be True
0 of 2 found this helpful I really had an open, positive mind and so looked forward to the promises on the label and online. A friend had recommended it; however she had no real "sleeping problem", just a few stressed, hard-to-fall-asleep nights. I, on the other hand, am a hapless insomniac, trying to go a natural and less expensive route than prescriptions. I believe the value is there, quality too, but in my case, sadly, it did not do the trick. I purchased $72 of it, knowing it was my new best friend. So I wouldn't recommend it to hard-core insomniacs. Maybe others do benefit from it. I'm disappointed, really wanting this to be my go-to sleep fix.

Great Results
This is great for occasional issues, even IBS. Don't overdo. Very effective.
