A great find and very cost effective too.
I haven't read all of the book as yet, but I from what I have read and reviewed, it's going to be very helpful not only for your physical body but for the your mental and spiritual being. It also is full of delicious sounding recipes that you are made with less fat.

Good if you like these type shows
A friend of mine wanted to find these shows. Even though they are old, the picture quality is very good. It's entertaining but I don't like how they obviously made the characters use their English. It makes them appear to be uneducated. When clearly these actors are brilliant.
