As good as the original. Arrived quickly. They are expensive to replace but if you need it, you need it.

Handy little camera to take simple snaps and easy to use.
Im impressed with this camera. I usually use a digital SLR with interchangable lenses but for my everyday handbag I like an automatic camera to take advantage of any opportunities to take snaps out and about. This camera is a replacement to an older Olympus mju and fully fits the bill. I used it recently on a couple of weekends away to seaside and theme parks and have taken a fair number of nice photos with it. Pictures are generally crisp and clear, there's several way you can use it, either automatic settings or set for the scene or there are a few manual overrides for you to take more control. I've been using it mainly on automatic as the daylight has been acceptable for normal outdoor photography since I've bought the camera. Battery does run down quickly so a spare is advisable. A good thing about this camera is that Olympus have used the more commonly available SD memory card rather than the previous XD card. This is more convenient for showing and storing your pictures on as SD drive is a standard feature on newer netbooks and laptops so no adaptor/cardreader is required.
