Avoid at all cost

I bought this monitor in November I didn't start using it until a month ago as my son was born in December so he has only just started going in his nursery and it keeps freezing 4 times now it has froze and my baby has been screaming without the monitor detecting him im petrified now to leave him in a different room with the monitor on
