It is plastic but it works okay
It comes in a box in u.s. mail and you put it together it is plastic but it works okay just don't pump on the handle too hard or you might break the handle but other than that it works okay for pumping oil out of a 55 gallon barrel. You would not want to use it for commercial use but it is okay for Homeowner for small farm

not as pictured, but it works
the greaser is not the same, but it works well. If you have the pumper now that screws on the tube, this is not it. It has a seperate grease gun that you fill up with a tube of grease and tamp out the air pockets before putting top on and then purge out the air pocket at the top with a screw driver at the bottom.
