Inferior product
I will start this off by saying, I’ve tried twice to switch from Apple to Samsung.....failed on both tries. This latest time was for a week. I bought a new S20+....it took some time (days) to get everything switched over. Lack of remembering of numerous passwords and having to change themes most of the time. Back to the phone.....Why is it inferior? The battery is just awful. My current XS Max is going on 2 years old now and the artery easily outlasts the NEW S20+. The fingerprint scanner is a joke....good luck hitting the exact spot you need to on the first try.....and the facial recognition? Seriously? This thing on the S20+ works MAYBE 1 of 10 times in GOOD light. My iPhone works in PITCH BLACKNESS ....quickly I might add. In summation, I’m afraid I’m stuck with the superior product that Apple keeps producing until the end of time. 😉👍
