Piece of junk!
I was really looking forward to this product. I am trying to get back into shape and can' t always get to the gym when i'd like because of my toddler and transportation issues. But litterally, within the first minute of using this, it broke! And there are springs inside the wheel that prevent you from going over a certain distance forward with it and they locked up when i tried. There were no instructions sent with this, so i have no idea how fix it. But i shouldn't have to fix it, its a wheel! They over-complicated it with a wierd mechanism inside and now it doesn't even roll. DO NOT BUY THIS!
