Perfect fit tilt latches for old style windows

These tilt latches are known as the "old style" and are perfect for older windows (my home was built in 1995). The latches you can currently buy at home improvement stores do not quite fit the older style windows, as the side hole does not line up and there is a small piece of protruding plastic that prevents the latch from setting flush against the top of the window frame. These old style latches do not have that issue and I completely recommend them for people like me who have the older style tilt windows. Old style tile latches are getting harder to find and I was thankful to be able to locate them on eBay.

Fine Phone

If you are still looking for a traditional type home telephone, look no further. This one is a throwback from the seventies and does the job it is intended to do just fine. It is surprising that a phone like this is so affordable, although you will probably want to spend a few extra bucks to get a 25 foot handset cord. This is definitely a good phone for the price, and I would certainly recommend it and purchase another if I needed to.
