Very good series DVD -- takes off from where the 1st season ended
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a very good DVD version of all of the episodes from the 2nd and last season of V. It also has special features of behind-the-scenes as well as other things you can't find anywhere.
The last episode has you wondering if there will ever be a 3rd season of V on cable or regular TV. The cliffhanger is something else and the special effects are really good. If you have HDTV and DVD player built-in, then the effects are even sharper than when they were originally on in early Spring of 2011. There were only 10 episodes made for this season, compared to 13 episodes for the previous 1st Season. This DVD is the one to watch.
Also, as an added feature, the ORIGINAL character from the original series V, DIANA, appears from Episode 4 to the very end of the season cliffhanger. She is very pivotal as to how, and IF, there would be a 3rd season for V.
Question still remains: If aliens from another planet did show up on Earth, how would we as earthlings and humans be able to handle them? The original series back in the 1980s posed that same question, and this new re-dux version of the series posed that same question again...only 30 years later. You be the judge on how you can handle them.

Very nice product!
1 of 1 found this helpful The Simple Touch is very easy to you, and I like how it is set up when you go to the Home Page. If you press the upside down U on the bottom of the device, you can see the other touch buttons, such as Settings, and Library and Home. Also it has the physical buttons on the sides that you can configure through the settings to get them to be used for page turns. This device and Simple Touch with Glowlight do not have the audio feature and headphone jack as the Nook Color and Nook Tablet and now the Nook HD and HD+ do. So if you are looking for Text-To-Speech and headphone jack and audio feature, you will have to buy the Color, Tablet or HD or HD+ to get that.
The Simple Touch is very easy to use and lightweight as well.

Awesome book! Great reference guide to World of Alagaesia
This is a very good book and it tells of all of the locations and the beings and humans and their names and spellings and pronunciations in it. It is very helpful when you read the books of Eragon, Eldest and Brisingr and the upcoming book Inheritance (coming out in November 2011 in hardback), that it will be a lot easier for you to understand Eragon's world of Alagaesia.
