Perfect gothic romance!
Amazing gothic romance from the 1800's. The precarious rights of women of that time left many at the mercy of greedy, foul and conniving men... A very nice Victorian web of darkness hidden beneath the lovely exteriors of gentlemen, ladies, great houses and country lanes...a really long but good read!!

Immortal art and fragile life
I adore the Pre-Raphaelites! This fascinating book spans the entire life of one of the greatest models of the Victorian era. This peek into the lives of Lizzie, Rossetti, Millais, Holman's-Hunt and many others glistens with powerful intimacy and information and makes her story and theirs come to vivid life.

Perfect little travel easel
I love this travel easel. I took up painting again once the pandemic started shutdowns and chose this so that I could paint anywhere and be able to put it away neatly. It's perfect. I've probably painted 60 paintings using it.
