Glad I bought it. It took a lot of patience in the beginning.

First of all, the seller was excellent. I did a lot of reading on these machines before I purchased one. Basically, they all looked and seemed to work the same. I read that the book was worthless. I agree. I thought it was hard to figure out how to thread it. I spent two hours trying to get it to sew. I watched some YouTube videos to figure out how to thread the thing. It would have been nice of them to give us a detailed picure of it threaded since the book was impossible to see the detail. It just wouldn't pierce the material to sew. I watched another video and it mentioned to sew around cuffs, to swing the arm open. Even though I wasn't doing that, I tried it; and it worked great. Seems the arm raised the material to a height that was making it too high to pierce the material. So, I leave the arm open, and it works great. It sews very fast, even pressing down slowly on the foot. It is hard to remove the material when sewing a hem in pants. But, the end results are beautiful. I am sure practice makes perfect.
