Works great, but takes "skill"

I had problems at first with the unit leaking water while not in use. But, once I figured out how to more thoroughly empty it of water after use, it stopped the leaking. (You have to shake as much out as possible thru "porthole" for filling, then run it a few seconds paying attention to where the water is so that the little siphon-thingy can access the water. Then, finally, you have to remove tip and turn the whole thing upside down shaking it, while running it a few seconds). The whole process is messy so do over the basin. In fact, using the thing is messy. BUT, I find it VERY effective in cleaning my teeth !! Much better than dental floss.
