Filter itself fine....BUT
2 of 2 found this helpful I'm disappointed in the quality of the charcoal pre-filter that sticks to the main filter cartridge. It used to be much more dense...couldn't see through it and it felt scratchy like a loofa. Now...the charcoal pre-filter is VERY thin, soft, and "airy" by comparison. Not sure the downgrade will be very effective?. Overall the quality of the main cartridge seems to be the same. Fantastic air purifier in general.
