Good portable choice for office and browsing
For on the go office suite work and web browsing, the Asus Transformer is a great choice, especially since it can be used as a standalone Windows tablet or attached to the included keyboard. I call it my purse computer, because it literally fits in my bag and can be taken anywhere for typing notes, working on spreadsheets, watching streaming videos, web browsing, light image editing, and reading e-books. I have even run less resource intensive games on it, though those tend to be older retro games or puzzle types. I do find the limited number of ports a bit of a pain (one full size USB on the keyboard, and a combo charging/data mini USB on the screen) but this isn't meant to be a multimedia gaming laptop replacement.

Great starter robotics kit
1 of 1 found this helpful My 8-year-old son loves Legos and just finished up a one week robotics and coding camp, so I was looking for something that would keep his interest going for the rest of the summer and lead into joining the Lego Robotics team once school started up again. The Lego Boost kit was the same price as a week of camp, and can be built into 5 different projects using the instructions in the app as well as many other smaller configurations using two extra books on the system that I picked up separately. My son built the main robot project right away and loves it so much that he hasn't tried the others yet, but so far it's been a fantastic buy. I do wish that Lego had provided a printed set of instructions instead of relying solely on the Android and IOS apps to deliver them, but that's my only minor quibble.
