great system for low cost

This is the second one I bought. I have not opened this one yet but just wanted it for the 4 cameras. They are able to run 8 cams so I have my first one all set up and running and will add the 4 cams in this one to it. Will just save the unit as a backup if my first one ever fails. I have had the first one for several months and it is great. Picture is crystal clear and great quality. Only flaw I see it that the clock doesn't keep very good time. It gains about 10 min in 3-4 months. Also the remote has to be pointed right at the unit or it don't work but I have mine in the same room as I spend most of my time in so no problem. Much easier to navigate with the mouse anyway. I put a one TB hard drive in mine and it will record all 4 cams for about 11 days before recording over them. I will expect that will be cut down to 5-6 days if I add 4 more cams but not sure?? Great unit for a very low cost, extremely easy to set up, add a Hard drive and monitor then just plug and play.. I would rate it a 8 at least out of 10. Deducting for the remote and clock only.. Love the super clear pics and night vision is great too but in black and white. It auto changes with the amount of available light. I would defiantly recommend this one for a low cost system that performs very well and easy setup..
