I'm still getting used to it. Looks? 5 PLUS. The dials are a bit misleading. I started with an English Muffin at 3 and it was just barely warm. The bagel setting VERY lightly toasted the bagel. If you try and use a refrigerated bagel, you may have to toast twice, or use the regular settings. For regular toast, I have it set all the way to the max (7) on the dials, which gives me a nice, even, golden brown. If you're a person who likes dark toast, this may not be the toaster for you.
