  Je mets "positive" car je ne veux pas pénaliser le vendeur . Sinon, j'aurais mis "neutre" . En effet, l'objet mal protégé est arrivé cassé . Contact pris avec le vendeur avec photos jointes, celui-ci m'a directement remboursé . Par contre, avec les TVA, je perds tout de même 40€ . C'est là où le système coince .
