It helps
It works ok ish, if wind is blowing strong it dose still flap about in the pipe

ok and good value
There are good value for the money and quality is good, tray is maybe not the best but ok for small glasses. Did buy cushions for are 2 which made a vast improvement in the comfort but are ok without.

Poor quality
It didn,t Fit and cost me £6 to return
