touch controls re useless

These earbuds fit very awkwardly in your ear. I tried all the different pieces, (unusual) but i still have to cram them in to stay. The EQ modes, ambient, music, podcast and movie are impossible to change from. It's a 2 tap and hold but it will always change only to ambient (strange echo type sound to help you hear what is going on around you at the same time listening) mode. It had always been on music until i changed it to podcast mode trying to get to movie. There is an app that shows all the modes and which one you are on, but the only thing you can control is connecting and turning off ambient mode

something wrong with chip in cartridge

Computer chip is wrong. All of my cartridges were from Samsung, i just wanted to replace my empty black one. When i placed it in: error message magenta cartridge not compatible. I only needed black. Not black and a whole bunch of color i never use

fits in ear perfect

This was a replacement for the m90 head set which had a gel covering over the ear piece. It fit poorly and kept falling out. Eventually it no longer would stay on the ear piece and I ordered new gels. Annoying. This set is contoured to fit in your ear. It's part of the ear piece so there is no extra fitting piece needed
