A good guitar case to get when it's on sale!
I bought this Surf Green case when it was at a discounted price ($164.99) for a Fender USA '97 Stratocaster. It fits the guitar fine but there are a few things you should note before buying this. The inside layout has changed from old Fender guitar cases. I have another case from 2014/2015 and the little compartment used to be in the center of the case, not the corner. I prefer the old layout but I am also ok with this new one. Another thing that I noticed is there is little dots near the carry handle, not sure if this is intentional but I know other people who also have the dots on their case. Finally, be careful when you do get the case and want to open the little compartment inside. There is a little silver button on a black strap that you need to pull off then the compartment will open as intended. If you don't do that then you will cause the inside green material to peel off. I included some photos so you can see the things I'm talking about. Overall this case is a good one if you can get it on sale, it is sturdy and fits my Fender guitar. It comes with a key to keep the case locked in case you're gigging. In my case I just prefer hard cases over soft bag ones.
