I bought this to replace a cheaper one I had that was starting to play up. I have to say the extra cost is well worth it, this one seems very well put together, its makes a good firm fit into the car socket, the buttons are nice and tactile. It connects to the phone via bluetooth much quicker than the old one and with my old android phone when playing music on Spotify does actually list the artist and song title on its display. Like the old one the volume is still too weak so I need the car radio volume set to max, if you then forget and tune to a radio station that comes out full blast - bit of a shock! To get around this issue I have used the audio port of the unit to feed the audio into an electronic CD changer I have, so the audio plays via the CD changer this gives better audio.
