Item NOT as described, non-working pencil
1 of 1 found this helpful This item was purchased for a Christmas gift. The case had been listed as having one broken corner, but still usable. Upon arrival, the case had two corners that were broken, meaning that the case could no longer be used.
The pencil was unable to be paired with the tablet. We tried on multiple other tablets, did troubleshooting with apple care online and had to take it in for a technition to tell us the pencil was not working and would have to be refurbished. The pencil was also missing the "female to female" charger (which was initially not a huge concern as the pencil should be able to charge into the ipad without it, but since the pencil is not working at all...)
Having two items that have to be completely replaced makes this a complete waste of money and a huge disappointment.
