Great charging stand

I have four of these units in either black or silver. They are very adjustable for different size cases coming with three different adapters. Very well made out of heavy duty cast aluminum. The standard unit purchased requires the use of an authentic apple charging cord for the adapters to work. The deluxe version, which is available at approximately the same cost, includes the cable. i’ve also called customer service and spoken to them about parts they are very helpful and a great company to deal with.

Good value for the product

I have also purchased the associated Best Products weights that you fill with sand, please see that review. This is a good product however the cross brace is very lightly painted and show surface rust after a short period of time. I recommend buying Krylon satin black paint and coating the base with two coats prior to putting weights on top (Color matches very well). This will keep your patio from rust Stains. Overall workmanship is very good for the price.

Works as expected!

As others have stated it must be filled with sand not water. Approximately 45 pounds of sand in each of the four containers or 180 pounds are needed. The sand must be extremely dry. Let the sand dry in the sun before filling.
