  Seller is really something else, Seller sent me a offer on the LAPD Hatpiece, I countered on same, Seller accepted my offer, I sent payment for same. I was notified of a shipping date by Ebay. A few hours later, I was notified by Ebay that my payment was being refunded due to Seller reporting that the item had been damaged. I found the exact same LAPD Hatpiece for sale the very next day on a Facebook page by the very same Seller for his exact same original price. What else can I say.
