A great buy and a fine product
This skillet is our new go-to cookware! We love it and the quality is clearly excellent. Price was too good to pass up. Non-stick, even heat. Can't think of anything bad about it. Takes a few uses to get the surface well-seasoned, so use a little extra oil or shortening as the instructions suggest. A week later, ours is perfect.

A useful tool
This is a good tool I have used for years, especially to keep sauces and gravy smooth. It does have one problem--it is not balanced. It is very annoying to have the thing fall out of a pot or pan because of the weight of the handle in relation to the length and working end. I bought this one for my son and plan to warn him about setting it into a spoon rest or something.
