One of the best prices and overall value for the cost

These are about the most economical replacements you can find. They are not exactly like stock in that they do not have the tang that makes them fold as you close the gate. So far this has made no difference for me, b/c the natural bend of the cable keeps them closing correctly. I suppose that if you don't pay attention during installation that natural bend could have ended up working against you. But the maker has obviously designed them so you end up with a right and a left that both have the bend in the correct inward/downward direction. I can't be sure, but I think the cables are a few millimeters different from each other. I did tweak my tailgate a few years ago with my backhoe, but the factory ones that I just took off appeared to hold equal weight. With the new ones, one cable is just barely slack- When I stand on the gate, you'd never know. One does have to wonder if over time will they even out, or will the one that is bearing more weight, going to fail sooner.... ?

Timing Belt-- Cheapest price and good American made quality.

This timing belt fit like it should and works like it should. Item came fairly quickly and was exactly what I ordered. Also, nice to end up with a part that was made in the USA. Not a fun install, probably one of the more annoying ones I've done.... but if all goes well; I won't look at it for another 100k miles.

Good product for the price.

Bought these for my 2001 Ford Focus. Pretty close to as cheap as you can find. They were individually sealed and rolling in a bit of oil in each cell. So far they seem to be working as they should in my car. I was a bit sketch not knowing the brand and having the knowledge how important a lifter is. I used these on a completely re-manufactured head and certainly don't want any issues. Well only about 100 miles in, but so far so good.
