Good Electronic Lock but WiFi connection has some issues
1 of 1 found this helpful Love the lock and its features, but for the price it should be designed to communicate directly with WiFi vs having to use the Nest Connect. The setup process for connecting both units is very cumbersome and inconsistent.

Good and Bad
Loved the thermostat but the dial was defective - it turned hard. Contacted Nest customer support and was able to exchange unit for a new one directly with Nest.
5 stars for Nest customer support - they stand by their product!!!
