Does not do what it claims to do, or is defective.
This product does not change temperature, and will be the temperature of the room, regardless how long you leave it plugged in. This listing has changed somewhat and is not the listing I purchased from. The one I purchased from had a bunch of other reviews warning of the very same issue. I chose to ignore, as I felt maybe people were expecting too much. If you don't mind paying $100 for a glorified towel rack, then so be it. I am logistically challenged and a return just isn't possible for me at this time. $100 down the drain.
