Misses the Mark in my mind. Font of the book is unreadable due to using Pumpkin Colored ink.
Well, I thought about talking to you about returning it. The book is written in a pumpkin colored font for starters, and if you have issues with eye sight, this book is a problem that other's have mentioned. I only wish I had taken the time to read the reviews FIRST. Few photos that only show end product, and because this is a very special form of "cheese making" you need clear tutorials, this doesn't come close to the mark. Again, many people reported that even following the instructions point by point they couldn't come up with the end product being produced like it is from Miyoko's or from the company. I have used her products since 2012 and know of her results. I don't know what the problem is or why. Since I can't read the font, there is absolutely no way I can even try to find out what is wrong with the recipes.
The book needs to be a more hands on step by step process with photos and with clear instructions on how to make the product. Without it, the book is a "pretty" creative softback book that meets little standard of a recipe book, especially since making artisan cheese is an art form.

Excellent Service, Even More Excellent Product
We own a 3-2-1 Bose System for our TV, which we bought on EBay, then purchased a Bose Traveling headset speakers for our Ipod, which is also excellent, but doesn't play out into the room (as it shouldn't), but the sound is so amazing, you'd want it to. So we decided to by the Bose Companion speakers.
I was concerned when I opened the box, because it just looks like every other small computer tag along speakers, which in my opinion, don't have the greatest sound system and can flutter and spurt if you turn them up too high. But as usual, Bose proved to be better than expected, with excellent sound, and well worth the money spent (most tag along speakers are between $19-25, so to spend 89, is outrageous, but for these speakers, it is worth it, as the sound is amazing, can handle higher volumes and so responsive to an equalizer in your computer. In short, you don't need the large sound boosters to get good sound out of this system.
The buyer was terrific and the order came extremely fast. Good product, Good service. I am a happy buyer.

This is the version of Bed Knobs and Broomsticks you want, it's not the edited version.
there are about 5 versions of this product, but THIS version has the extended dance number, contains songs that were edited out for TV and for time. It's nice to have the whole movie!
