Can not be used with compact scope.
I have previously used and likely would again in the future use Talley mounts. That said, I am unable to purchase this mount for the intended purpose. It (for a 700 Remington Long action) can not be positioned appropriately for the compact 2-7 Leupold scope I am using. I will need to use a Picatinney rail with Weaver rings to position appropriately.
