Does a Great Job Even in Eco Mode
This product works very well and as we expected. Even in Eco mode, it cleans quite well. When we had a little trouble with a complicated mapping around a piano placed on a board on top of carpet, we called Neato (on a Saturday) and were greeted cordially, and presented with an easy solution for the mapping run. After that the mapping went flawlessly. Since then we have had the D7 map another part of the house and that went without a hitch. Being able to add zones and use the D7 on multiple floors as well as manually is really useful. And it is fun to watch it go about its business.
