Why asked to pay more than my bid ??????

1) Currently, I have some problems with my CreditCard. My bankers are not willing to accept my complaints and am forced until a REPLACEMENT Credit Card is obtained. 2) What bid was: US$118.50 + 30.43 for Shipping = Grand Total $148.93! However, the Paypal PAY INVOICE showed US$179,16 ???? Why ????
